For 2024, the adult fee is just £2 per adult.
Due to ongoing health and safety regulations, particularly since Covid-19, we need to meet government restrictions. Numbers need to be controlled and to help keep everyone safe, this nominal fee per adult is to help control the numbers and to cover the costs of increased PPE, cleaning required and general admin involved in dealing with increased volume of people.
We believe the fairest way to deal with this is to add the small fee per adult rather than increase the standard child ticket prices when the number of adults present vary largely with each booking.
We know that adults get as much joy from the experience as a child and know that everyone attending the experience will not be disappointed.
Santa has a very thick beard, but other than that, no, Santa will not be wearing a mask. He will be taking regular tests to ensure good health.
Please, however, do not bring your child if either you or anyone in your party is experiencing any COVID symptoms.
You should allow around 15-20 mins for the interactive and immersive experience. The time on your booking slot is the time to see Santa and so you should arrive 5-10 minutes beforehand so you can be welcomed by our elves and shown around the village before your meeting with Santa in his cabin.
The time spent with Santa will last a few minutes and then you can spend some time in his sleigh afterwards and take pictures should you wish.

There are several reasons why we need to include all visitors in our ticket count.
Primarily, it is important for us to keep track of the total number of attendees, regardless of age, for safety, planning, and legal purposes.
Our event is designed to ensure a positive and interactive experience for all, and we take into account the capacity limitations on the number of people we can safely and comfortably accommodate.
Moreover, we've crafted our Christmas experiences to be delightful not only to people of all ages but also to our youngest infant guests. There's something truly magical about a first Christmas experience - the lights, the sounds, the overall festive vibes often prove to be an enchanting experience for them.
Please remember, we aim to provide a magical, high-quality experience that involves costs such as maintenance, staff wages, and event planning to ensure a successful and joyful experience to all our customers, regardless of age.
